consists of an Escrow Officer, Title Company, Mortgage Loan experts and other related professionals.

Financial Services:   I offer assistance with my individually selected Loan Officers who can arrange financial terms which will expedite the sale of your home.  The Loan Officers can assist you in the financing of your property as well as helping potential buyers qualify in purchasing your home.  This expedites the process of knowing you have qualified buyers for your home.

Marketing Your Home:  I am a professional in marketing homes, and can help your home stand out from the others.  I 
have an expert Marketing Department that helps bring buyers to your home.  With top negotiating skills and sales techniques you will benefit by receiving  top dollar for your home. 

Communication:  I believe communication is of utmost importance.  I constantly follow-up with agents who have 
shown your home and share their comments with you. This helps you re-evalute your home in terms of staging, 
upgrades, repairs and terms in pricing your home to sell.  You are informed every step of the way from the day 
your property is listed, the escrow period, through and after the close of your home.  Once the escrow closes, 
our relationship does not end there.  I care deeply about my clients and my communication and follow-up continues 
long after your move.
